  I showed up at 8am on a rainy Tuesday Morning. I was home by 8:40. The staff was friendly and efficient. I'm sure there are busy times but this was not one of them. The lady I spoke to said the mornings before 9am are always better and Wednesday and Friday are their slower days. Make sure you have all your paperwork and you will be good to go!

  The ONLY reason I gave it 1 star is that it was open. I arrived at 2 pm and took number 43. Number currently assisting was 27. There was 5 ppl in lobby. 3 outside waiting. I went home to kill time and cam back. STILL on #27 ! I waited 30 min with no change. Went to get nails done. Came back at 4:15. STILL on # 27 !!! I sat down with a few others for about 5 min. I decided to ask the lady at desk.. "Are you still on #27 ?? " To be told that computers have been down since 1:45 !!!! NO ONE told ANY of us that the computers were down !! The man there was talking away about squash bread. The long haired lady didn't say a word. Just watched people take numbers. Many tired of waiting just put numbers back. This is WRONG !! Since they don't like to inform people verbally...As a Government professional should do !! A Simple Sign on Door to notify people of the issue, would've been the RIGHT thing to do. Someone of importance with the DMV needs to check how this place is being ran. NOT my First poor experience. Just Livid.
