  Very courteous and helpful people who sheltered my lost dog until I could get there. I don't think $20 a day for sheltering an animal is out of line, but my animal was update-to-date on vaccines and registrations. Very clean and nice facility that the people of Leavenworth should be proud of. Very quick response via e-mail even over the weekend.

  I called in about a stray dog that I found and was met by one of the rudest people I've encountered in public service. She didn't even give me a chance to ask the question I was trying to ask and then just gave me a one word answer with a tone. Take some pride in your work. It's what the public pays you to do.

  My dog is being called a vicious dog aND being held ten days because he defended himself after being attacked by another dog. Now I have a court appearance and will be fined before they ever got my statement . My poor dog probably thinks I've abandoned him because I cant even see him , he's never been vicious he was defending himself and a 3 year old child.
