- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I've called 6 times now in a row...explained every time that I'm getting hung up on when I get transferred so I can make a car payment. This last time the Supervisor said she would stay on the line when she transferred me so if I did get hung up on, she'd be on the line...guess what?!!! She did not stay on the line and hang up #6. And to top it off, not one person has even tried to call me back. Great job guys...please don't call it customer service if you don't try to help me.By Ray mullenaux, August 01, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆After spending 9 minutes on an automated phone / hold cycle I was able to talk to someone actually at the bank. They said this bank had the foreign currency I needed. Upon arrival they gave me a 6% lower rate, which Im finr with, the EXTRA $20 fee brought the total to 26%! You can aboid this fee by having an account... which I was told they wouldnt open for me... so.... yeah.By Nick Schale, May 23, 2017
