- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆I called into make a payment, and was told out of the blue that they charge a $10 processing fee. They do not send me a bill reminder, they only send a notice when I'm late. I have asked before if they could send a bill or a statement and they have told me they do not do that. Their customer services is spotty. I'm likely to reach someone who cannot be bothered to respond to my questions or request without an audible sigh. I have been transferred with out notice, which was jarring. I have not been able to set up anytime of online transactions, so to avoid the NEW $10 processing fee, I will have to mail in my payments, which I do not trust to be processed timely given the lack luster service.By Danielle Roberts, September 17, 2017
